Friends in MD, don't walk, to book your next dog grooming services with Shi!!!! She's such a professional, kind, patient, animal lover!!! When I tell you Boris our 140lbs BRT was so dirty and overgrown, it was embarrassing. His hair was over 4 inches long and had tangles, even a few mats despite my brushing efforts every few weeks. No worries, no problem... Shi came in, judgement free, and got right to work making him a handsome clean furboy again!!! But not before winning Boris over with belly scratches, treats and baby talk. and Washed, dried, brushed and cut, in 4 hours. She took her time so as not to stress him out.

My dog loves Shi. My dog is a rescue and she needs a lot of time to connect with people. She took to Shi right away and listen to her commands. Her customer service skills are excellent, she been able to answer all my questions and recommend products for my dog’s health and safety. She is very loving caregiver. I would recommend her 100% for caring for you fur baby.

Shi is an all-around amazing dog trainer. As a first time pet owner at 36 years old, she taught me everything needed to give my pup basic training. She was very calm and patient. And you can tell that she loves the dogs. My pup, Euro, genuinely loves her. Whenever we had class, he always greeted her with so much excitement. I definitely look forward to working with her in the future!
