These Terms of services and policies are for the safety of both the Client and the Service provider.

Purchase Agreement for Pet Services

Important Vaccination Requirements

All dogs over the age of 4 months must have their Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper shots up to date to receive services from the Service Provider. Shot records must be uploaded via email to Shisdogs@gmail.com or shown upon appointment. Failure to provide proof of vaccination may result in cancellation of services.

Agreement

1. Introduction: This Agreement is for the purchase of pet walking, pet sitting, and event planning services by the Pet Owner from the Service Provider.

2. Scope of Agreement: The Service Provider agrees to provide the agreed-upon services to the Pet Owner as outlined in this Agreement.

3. Payment Terms: The Pet Owner agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon amount for the services purchased, which includes any additional fees or charges.

4. Services Not Refundable: The services purchased in this Agreement are not refundable or exchangeable.

5. Cancellation Policy: The Pet Owner has the right to refuse or cancel the service at any time, for any reason, prior to the scheduled service without incurring penalties.

6. Service Changes: The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, pet behavior, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Pet Medical Conditions: The Pet Owner must inform the Service Provider of any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs of the pet.

8. Access to Living Space: The Service Provider may require entrance to the living space of the client for certain services, such as pet sitting or overnight stays. The Pet Owner grants permission for the Service Provider to enter their living space for the purpose of providing services. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages to the living space or its contents that may occur during the provision of services.

Liability Exclusions and Limitations

A. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss or damage to the pet's property or personal belongings.

2. Any injury or illness caused by a pet's pre-existing medical condition.

3. Any injury or illness caused by an accident or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Any loss or damage resulting from the pet's behavior or failure to follow the Service Provider's instructions.

5. Any loss or damage resulting from the Pet Owner's failure to provide accurate or complete information regarding the pet's medical history, habits, or behavior.

6. Any damage to the living space or its contents that may occur during the provision of services.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

The Pet Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Acknowledgment

By entering into this Agreement, the Pet Owner acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, and that the services purchased are non-refundable. The Pet Owner also acknowledges that they have provided proof of vaccination for their pet, as required, and grants permission for the Service Provider to enter their living space for the purpose of providing services.
